About Rhe-Anne
Rhe-Anne Power, M.Ed., LPC Associate, provides counseling to adolescents, adults, couples, and parents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, faith transitions, and significant life changes. She is passionate about helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and physical experiences so they can create meaningful and lasting change.
Rhe-Anne uses a warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach that integrates talk therapy with somatic and mindfulness-based techniques. Drawing from attachment theory and person-centered practices, she helps clients identify unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. She believes therapy should be a collaborative space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered.
Rhe-Anne earned her Master of Education in Counseling from Lamar University. Having grown up in Lockhart and lived in Kyle for more than 20 years, she cares deeply about serving the individuals and families of Central Texas. As a mother of four, she also brings an authentic understanding of parenting, family relationships, and the many transitions that accompany adolescence and adulthood.
