Healing Through Relational Therapy with Horses

Horses are highly attuned to human emotions. In the therapy arena, they help clients develop deeper self-awareness, regulation, and trust. Unlike traditional talk therapy, equine-assisted counseling offers experiential, body-based healing that supports emotional growth and resilience.

A note about our process

Our #1 priority is the relationship you have with your therapist and horse.

Our clinicians bring unique specialties to the practice, ensuring you’re paired with the therapist best equipped to support your needs. You’re always welcome to request the therapist you feel most comfortable with—and you’ll even have the opportunity to choose the horse you’d like to partner with in your sessions.

While our work takes place alongside horses, this is not horseback riding or horse training. It is professional mental health therapy facilitated by intentional, therapeutic interaction with horses.
